課程概述 |
本課程講述影響園產品採收後品質變化之各項生理因子，內容包含14個單元，詳細內容列於課程進度。課堂以講課及討論方式進行。各單元結束後需閱讀指定之報告、期刊或相關資料、完成課程網站平台中作業區之問題與討論，並在指定期限內繳交報告。 |
